Needs a smidgen of flour for the sticky dough

before rolling it out to about 20cm by 10cm

and rolled up

seam side down

the roll is spritzed with water and rolled in cornmeal

ready to go for second rising

My Toshiba oven has a fantastic dough rising setting

After second rising

Fresh out of the oven

Insanely soft and fluffy and just mildly sweet, so delicious!

I prefer them in bun form which gives me more crispy surface area to bread ratio

Sosososo soft and fluffy, even on the following day if you leave them tightly sealed in room temperature

I ate one and immediately freeze the rest after they are completely cool
