More BBQ Photos To Tease You (2007-06-17)
Just thought that you might not have seen enough pictures of our BBQ meal, therefore I'm showing you our whole chicken cooked on the grill which turned out to be amazingly delicious. Juicy, tender, moist and smoky, it's the best chicken I've cooked on the grill.
I had wanted to try the famous "beer can chicken" at first, but then
found out an upright chicken would not fit inside our mini Weber.
So I just laid the chicken horizontally away from the charcoal and let
it roast with the cover on for about an hour and a half. The
result is self-explanatory by the pictures.
