Big Happy Bags (2012-01-02)
Being the New Year, Happy Bags are again everywhere. They are such an ingrained part of life now that you see them in all kinds of stores, even fast food joints sell them these days. I admit, they are a huge bargain if you don't mind getting what you might not like at the end. Sometimes I think it's the thrill of not knowing what's inside the bag drives shoppers to want to buy them.
Some of the more unusual Happy Bags put out by large department stores this year include a cruise trip, the meat from an entire pig and diamonds. Well, at least people who bought these bags know what they paid for.
