Q: The cakes from Kee Wah are only good for two days, how do you eat
them all before they expire?
A: I store all food items in the freezer including cookies, this
way they are good for 6-12 months. Thaw them naturally and they
taste as good as new.
Q: Did the curry sauce and chili oil break in the suitcase?
A: Nope. I brought two small boxes and tons of styrofoam
sheets and bubble wrap to HK. The jars were heavily wrapped and
cushioned against noodles inside the box. All the other stuff
around the box kept it very stable and secure in the suitcase.
