Berg In Shinjuku Station (2008-10-20)
In terms of eating a hot sit-down breakfast at 7am in Shinjuku (
), the choice is very very limited. The far and few coffee
shops that are open only offer bread and perhaps muffin to go with
their
coffee, but there is however,
Berg,
which is about a 30-second walk toward the East Exit from the
ticket gates in Shinjuku's Central Exit. Berg offers breakfast
sets, hotdogs and a variety of sandwiches. The morning KL and I
were there (before 9am), the three young men sitting next to us ordered
beer!!After 11am, you can get inexpensive lunch sets and appetizer-like
small plates. And in the evening, they offer even more small
items on their menu to go with the draft beer they sell.
