Unique Japanese Courteousness (2009-10-10)
A letter delivered to our mail slot has a note of apology taped on it from the post office which apologized for having to dry it when they got it wet at their office. I would not expect such level of attentiveness from any other service providers anywhere in the world. Japan in many ways is a great country.
