Les Deux Magots Duck Confit (2011-05-27)
I can't forget the Confit de Canard I ate in Paris and the only place I know that serves it in Tokyo is Les Deux Magots. So we returned for lunch one weekend to eat my favorite French dish.
The duck meat wasn't as tender as it should be but the flavor was so very good! It was fragrant and crispy on the outside, delicious!
