Stargazing (2012-04-20)

Finally, we are back to life in Japan.

On March 26, I looked up in the evening sky (something I don't habitually do) and saw a sliver of bright shining moon under an even more shining star.  It was quite interesting so I called KL to have a look too.

Little did we know that it was a rare moment when Venus and Jupitar lined up with the Moon, a fact that I only discovered from the news the next day.

I'm glad we were able to enjoy such an unusual scene with lots of other stargazers that night.  If you missed that, don't worry, scientists say the next one is in June.
