Paul Bassett (world barista champion) pairs up with renowned patissier Tsujiguchi Hironobu and opens Le Chocolat de H/Paul Bassett cafe in Hakarie in Shibuya ().I tried their chocolate ice cream which in deed was very good.
KL got a piece of cake and added a buck for a cup of drip coffee
(special limited time offer) which he
said was so-so. He was too full to try their "real stuff" so
perhaps we'll have to return for that famous cup of espresso.
