HK-Day 2 (2011-04-29)
On day 2, April 10, we did what most tourists do in Hong Kong. Eating and shopping!
Lunch at Guangdong Barbecue Restaurant was excellent. The
crispy-skinned roast goose was so juicy and flavorful that I went back
for takeaway when I ate dinner by myself one night.
Dinner was at Good Satay where we tried their famous Hainan Chicken
Rice. Yet another winner! Very moist, tender, and flavorful
deboned chicken, coupled with chicken rice, I can eat loads of
it. The chili crab came suspiciously fast but the meat wasn't
soggy or anything and the sauce was so yummy.
Dessert was at Honeymoon.
It was a thoroughly enjoyable day, 100% satisfied stomach!
