Mouthguard And Toothbrush (2015-08-24)
Been a heavy sleep grinder since junior highschool . My dentist said some of my teeth have been flat-headed due to this uncontrollable habit. I finally had to have a mouthguard fitted to combat the problem. Good thing insurance covered 70% of the cost, this thing ain't cheap.I also got a tiny teeny toothbrush at the clinic to brush the
crevices created from my crooked teeth. It's really handy
cleaning those tiny gaps and stuff. You can only buy those
toothbrushes at the dental office, check them out on your next visit.
Update: Saw a TV ad on the train yesterday selling those toothbrushes. Perhaps you can buy them at the supermarkets nowadays.
