Yummy Pork Chop King And Ten Ren's Tea (2017-01-27)
It was early evening when we arrived at Taipei Station from Houtong. We thought we'd do some window shopping and before we knew it, we'd already spent HOURS in the vast underground complex and the streets south of the station.
We picked a random place in the area
to eat what the locals would eat. Found Yummy Pork Chop King (I
artbitrarily translated this shop name into English) whose food was
very cheap but did not
live up to its lofty moniker.
KL decided to get a bubble milk tea from Ten Ren's Tea from a few streets away after dinner which he finished on the way to the hotel.
P.S. The next day we found a Ten Ren's Tea and Hsin Tong
Yan in Q Square which had made-to-order roast duck bento!
Man...we could've eaten that instead of the crappy noodles in the
comfort of our hotel room...
