Lotus Caramelised Biscuits (2006-10-23)
Lotus Caramelised Biscuit is my favorite western style cookie, even more so than hot-off-the-oven crispy-edged chewy-centered chocolate chip cookies with melty oozy chocolate chips (Oh, yum!). I can eat an entire packet of those little biscuits in one sitting if I don't control myself, they are just so insanely more-ish! With control, I stop after three quarters are gone. Talk about powerful addiction.
Lotus now makes a healthier version as in Multi Grain Caramelised Biscuits. I can now eat a whole packet and not feel guilty about it because who doesn't need fiber in their diet?
