Mrs Y Gives More Than She Gets (2007-03-12)
You give one small gift to Mrs Y, and she showers you with stuff several times over. This is what happened when KL brought her a carton of cigarettes on his return from California, and she gave me a huge bunch of cut flowers (she bought three big bunches so she gave me half), a box of chocolates, a bag of mandarins, a new sweater she decided she was too old to wear and half a box of Kagoshima sweet potatoes (she couldn't finish them herself).
Although the only thing she meant to buy for us was the fruit and
chocolates, together they cost more than the cigarettes.
Periodically Mrs Y gives me stuff (mostly food), this time she really
outdid herself.
