I wrapped some new potatoes in foil in the cast iron pan which was placed under the chicken to catch the drippings
The chicken fat was then used to flavor the taters but the spuds turned out to be not competely cooked
Look at the juice seeping out when I cut the leg
All this juice came out from the leg joints
Delicious dinner
We couldn't eat the potatoes 'cause they were still a little crunchy :(
