Bread Sticks (2008-01-26)
Risen dough from the bread machine
Is rolled into a ball before resting for 20 minutes
Then flattened and cut into strips
Before second rising
After proofing for 40 minutes
They're sprinkled with sesame seeds and parmesan cheese
Just out of the oven
The middle is too thick to get crispy
Dinner: not-too-tasty pork leg, failed sauerkraut and breadsticks
