Soon our server brought tasty baguette and olive oil

Deconstructed (all the veggies were baby-sized and very sweet and fresh)
KL's pasta/risotto course: risotto with winter melon and seared whelk meats which had a smoky taste from high heat cooking, so delicious.
My pasta course: Seafood spaghetti with Kujounegi (Japanese spring onion)
Our entree: Roasted duck breast with grilled vegetables, cooked medium to retain its tenderness and juiciness
The BEST course of the meal: Caramel gelato with expresso sauce
Tea and coffee round out the meal
