Each bagel weighs about 89gm

Each is lightly shaped into rounds before resting for 10 minutes

After 10 min, the dough is flattened and rolled up

to form a log with one end flattened to wrap around the other end

Before second rising

They are boiled for one minute total

Just before baking

Out of the oven (crispy outside and chewy inside, yum yum yum)
