Maido
Don't remember what kind of drinks they were, three non-alcoholic and one cocktail
Cold edamame
Deep-fried sesame tofu in dashi broth
Garlic fried rice
Mixed grill (chicken, skin, gizzard, heart)
Grilled chicken cartilage
Salmon and tuna sushi
Grilled squid
Panfried salmon
Sausage (not very crunchy)
More cocktail and oolong tea
Scallop sushi. Don't remember the prices of the food, but it came down to a very reasonable US$18 p/p incl drinks
Coffee no Aoyama entrance
We sat right by the window
David had waffle set that came with a drink
I think they gave David waaaay too much cream for his coffee
My bubble gum-tasting Melon soda 500Yen/US$5
KL and Serlina ordered the cake set (1100Yen/US$11) and both wanted chocolate cake and hot lemon tea
Very thick icing on the cake
Spotted this building along the way to Dotonbori
The street across the hub of Dotonbori is not as lively, but it's got this sign for me to take its picture!
Entering the center of Dotonbori, we saw this giant octopus on this takoyaki (fried octopus ball) shop
Further down there's this famous crab restaurant
You can take pictures of yourself on the screen of this Okonomiyaki (Japanese style savory pancake with cabbage) restaurant
The Glico running man is a well-known landmark of Dotonbori
