Smoked Ribs And Chook (2009-09-19)
Smoking began
After 2.5 hours
After 4 hours
After 6 hours, the chicken was well and truly done
Just before bbq sauce was brushed on
Sauced
Taken off the smoker after 6.5hours
Juicy meat with pink smoke ring
Pretty juicy but some edges were dry
I had to smother it with sauce to tame the overly smoky flavor
Dinner
The chicken was overdone and over-smoked
Surprisingly still juicy in the thigh
