Powder form. (Reminds me of the poison that evil mother-in-laws mixed in herb medicine to feed to their poor daughter-in-laws in old Chinese movies. Man, I watched too much TV)
Medical bill: anesthesia $40, stitches $70, drugs $10

Three weeks after surgery, only one self-dissolving stitch left
Three and a half weeks post-op, complete recovery
