Very first chicken, 1.2kg, marinated with Chinese salt-baked chicken seasoning
Skin not crispy as anticipated. I get much crispier skin roasting it in a regular oven
Chicken marinated with olive oil and seasoning mix
Very juicy
Rotisserie duck
Wet seasoning mix inside the duck. I way overcooked it and the meat was dry, skin was barely crispy
Cooked a 2.8kg/6 lbs chicken
Still no crispy skin, but moist juicy meat as usual

the rotating chook
Even I myself can't help but
stare at the chicken go round and round!
