Frozen Eggs (2015-02-20)
Once frozen, they always crack
There's always egg whites leaked from the cracks
Leaving in cold water before peeling
Eggs cooked this way don't peel well
but I don't mind the runny whites
15 minutes in the pot
Pretty much set
14 minutes
13 minutes
Just slightly more creamy
We ate it with pork chop noodles
The yolk stays whole
Sooooo creamy and just a tad chewy
