Vietnamese Beef Noodles (2005-09-15)

Beef noodle soup with all the toppings in place. (Chopped green onions, thinly sliced onions and cilantro/coriander already in the bowl before the beansprouts toppings went in) Some chili rounds off the soup

After just one minute, the fatty beef is cooked, and it's very very tender. The tasty soup's very fragrant from all the aromatic herbs.
