Ginseng and chicken soup
Appetizer: duck foot, dried shitake mushroom, and some sort of fish thing braised in stock with oyster sauce
Steamed grouper, very very delicious
Dried fried shrimps with soy sauce
Very tasty pea shoots cooked in chicken stock
The best deep-fried chicken ever!
Shanghai dumplings and sticky rice with Chinese preserved meat, very tasty
Dessert: red bean soup, mango pudding with tapioca and melt-in-the-mouth egg thingie drizzled with syrup. It was still warm when it came to the table, just so very delicious
