Salted them
Sprinkled chopped garlic, lemon juice and red wine on them. White wine is better for this dish but I wanted to use up the leftover red wine
Last to go into the dish is some extra virgin olive oil before they go to the oven (200 C) for 10 to 15 min
Oh lookie, cooked penises!

Thank gosh there's the main dish of roast Cajun chicken to take our minds off those "penises"
