Growing Dwarf Butter Beans (2008-01-11)
Dwarf beans of any kind is perfect for me to grow in our very tiny balcony. These seeds I planted only grew to about a meter/3 ft and needed minimal support to climb. I don't have poles, so I just tied some strings on the metal structure in the balcony near the beans and they are enough for them to climb.
These yellow butter beans are easy to grow, self pollinate and their
flowers are pretty to look at.
