Prima Taste Laksa Seasoning Pack (2008-09-16)
I made Laksa for dinner the day I received it from Lina. I haven't eaten a lot of Laksa in my life, but I have had eaten it on several occasions in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore. This seasoning mix is about as close to the taste I remember eating in those cities as you can get.
The soup is thick, spicy, and deeply fragrant. It's neither
too salty nor under-seasoned although I did use more than the 500ml of
water called for in the packet direction. We've tried Prima
Taste's other seasoning mixes including their delicious Hainanese
Chicken Rice, it is a brand we love and trust.
