Part 2--Daifoo's Treatment (2009-07-02)
Part two of the story is not as dire as the first part since Daifoo had shown marked improvement after a day's treatment.
The vet decided he's still in need of intravenous suppliment and
fluids, so the IV catheter that was left intact yesterday was once
again hooked up to the machine and Daifoo spent a second day caged up
in the clinic getting another round of medicine and fluids.
More good news from the doctor when I went to pick him up. He
said Daifoo was able to eat more food on his own and peeing well.
The IV was removed and the next checkup was in 3 days.
