Kamome no Tamago (2011-07-03)
The secretary gave KL two Kamome no Tamago, a Japanese sweets that looks like a hard-boiled egg.
The sweets carry special meaning as the factory and shop
were almost decimated by the tsunami on March 11. The owner and
all the dedicated workers trudged through hardship to rebuild the
historical
factory and managed to resume operation in May, sending a strong
message that says "If
we can rebuild, so can anyone in the Tohoku region."
