Nice Cop Issues Ticket (2004-10-16)
I saw a policeman give out a ticket to a truck driver who parked illegally on a crossing last week. The female driver was very apologetic about her wrong-doing and the cop was equally humble and regretful. He acted like he was almost embarrassed to have to give her a parking ticket.
Such nice people in this country... They make me look like a bully in comparison.
