"Scalloped" Potato (2007-08-31)
Sliced some potatoes for dinner and was surprised to see the slices turn into a wavy shape after soaking in water. Pretty as they may be, the scalloped shape makes them difficult to fry and the slices flattened out and lost their shape after they were cooked anyway.
That's all I have to say for today.
