Making Bread Dough In The Food Processor (2007-11-11)
Today's baking lesson: Making bread the easy way.There's hardly any kneading involved if you have a large powerful
food processor that will do 99% of the work for you. Click the

The pictures'll also show you how I failed to make cubed-shape bread
in my newly acquired small bread tin. If you are able to follow
the recipe and make the perfect loaf with corners and everything, I
salute you.
Small Loaf Bread in 18cmX10cmX9cm tin
Bread flour 200gm
Instant yeast 4gm
Warm water (30C/86F) 130ml
Salt 4gm
Sugar 10gm
Butter or shortening 15 gm
Flour Sponge
Whole wheat flour 20gm
Boiling water 20ml
To make flour sponge: Pour boiling water into flour and mix
till it forms a ball.
Let cool completely before use. Can cover it and refrigerate up
to 2 days till ready to use.
