Eating Persimmon Like Pudding, Mmmmmm (2008-03-17)
We like our persimmon soft, very very soft; almost to the point that you'd think it's gone rotten! The flesh gets extremely squishy and jiggly and you have to eat it with a spoon like ice cream. YUM!!
