Kingsford Bullet Smoker (2009-08-12)
I have LONGED for a smoker for years and KL had never agreed to get one due to limited space in our balcony.
Since Japan is not a barbecue country, everything relating to bbq
grilling is very difficult to get in stores. My only chance of
finding a small sturdy (not those cardboard types) smoker is online and
I did one day! I stumbled upon some bullet smokers under 60 bucks
in just one
store in the entire ginormous rakuten site!
For unknown reason, KL said I could get it, holy smoke!
Although I had taken notice of the size before I placed the order, it
arrived bigger than expected. KL was POOP-FACED the whole way
putting together the smoker because deep down he still worries about a
"great big" piece of equipment in our teensy balcony. He did
mumble something like "What the hell was I thinking letting you buy
this thing?" when it arrived.
I'll have to cook some fantastic food in the smoker to zip his mumbling.
