Nostalgic Breakfast, Ferry Ride (2010-01-23)
Breakfast was at Macau Restaurant and a very nostalgic steamed rice rolls takeaway which I often ate walking home after school. The shop that I got the rolls was so conveniently located across from Hyatt that I regret not eating more on this trip. The rice rolls were exactly the same taste wrapped in exactly the same wax paper and brown paper bag like twenty odd years ago. Time has stood still for this very traditional Hong Kong snack, amazing.
At around 11 am, we walked to the pier and took a ferry to Wan Chai to meet with KL's relatives for a dim sum lunch.
