Expensive Freebie From The Vet (2004-08-07)
Sometimes free samples of pet food are given out at our vet's clinic, I even got large cans of cat food once. Last week when I took Daifoo there for his annual vaccination, I got the strangest freebie from them. I didn't bring my camera that day so I couldn't take a picture of the basket in which the samples were placed. So I took one home in order to take its picture and I gave it to my friend afterwards.
The freebies being given away at the clinic were....... Are you
ready? Canon ink cartridges worth 2800yen (aboutUS$25) at the
stores. They are the most expensive freebies I have seen so far
and given away in a vet's clinic of all places? Strange.
