Efoo And Namu (2010-10-07)
Sometimes our nextdoor neighbor's cat, Namu, is allowed in the downstairs balcony when he is left alone in the apartment during the day, and sometimes he will call loudly for Efoo from there! Because the balcony is all fenced in, he can only stick his face to the fence facing our apartment and bellows. Efoo will talk back from inside the house and demands to go out! Sometimes I will let him out so the two can have a tete-a-tete. At first Namu will get very friendly and talk and sniff Efoo, but he always gets weird after awhile and hisses at him. Then he'll retreat back to the apartment and each will go their seperate way.
