Jojoen Dressing (2011-02-16)
After eating at Jojoen and be happy with their dipping sauce and salad dressing, I thought I would try their equally famous dressings from our local supermarket.
I went home, peeled off the label and was SHOCKED to see the amount
of oil in the bottle! That is way oilier than the classic 1:3
acid to oil ration. I had to remove a lot of the oil to make the
dressing palatable to our taste.
Although the taste is good, it's a waste of money at the end.
