Lei Garden (2011-05-06)
Service at Lei Garden was acceptable though not particularly attentive and courteous. But that's alright, our reason to go there was for the food!
Dim sum in general was very nice although Serlina might think
differently regarding one or two items. But we all agreed that
their pastry dim sum was HORRIBLE! Both the charsui-so (baked bbq
pork pastry) and the egg tart had that rancid greasy taste that was
simply disgusting. We had to drink lots of tea to drown that
revolting taste in our mouth.
On that day, Lei Garden's pastry dim sum completely failed.
