Our Upcoming Trip (2004-10-08)
Every year in Fall KL and I go on our annual vacation. It is a family tradition we adopted since 1997. This year we have picked Malaysia to be our destination. We will spend four nights in Langkawi and four full days in Kuala Lumpur.
Although we like traveling in general, we prefer island/resort
vacation to city tours. Laying in a deck chair by the ocean doing
nothing or reading a good book is one of the best moments in life to
me. Once we get to Langkawi, we plan to go swimming, play
tennis, work in the gym, sit by the ocean and listen to the
lapping waves, take walks along the private beach and of course
eat lots of good food. In Kaula Lumpur we'll be doing more
walking, not on the beach but inside shopping malls and eating lots
more good food.
While we are away, this site will automatically upload a new article
each day, thanks to KL's ingeniousness. I will report on our trip
when we return.
