Wing Hop Shing (2012-03-16)
Day 4, 2/21
To my surprise, Hong Kong was nippy the whole week we were
there. I didn't think it would be quite this cool in late
February. And you know what's good to eat when it's cold?
Clay pot rice!
Not only does Wing Hop Shing garner good review of their clay pot
rice, it's one of few restaurants that serve it at lunch. (In fact they
are not open for dinner)
KL's beef and egg clay pot rice was indeed very good, my pork spare
ribs on the other hand were too fatty and tough but the rice was great.
We plan to return for the beef rice and something different for me
next time.
