Talk about overstaffing! No employer hires more people to do one job than that of this parking garage in Shibuya (

I counted SIX uniformed staff at the entrance just directing cars in
and out of the garage. What is the parking charge there? The half a dozen staff at the entrance alone will cost one an arm and a leg.
