Shrimps (2005-08-04)
The majority of the shrimps sold in our supermarket comes packaged in neat rows over bubblewrap cushion in trays. Why? No idea. Perhaps presentation is important to the Japanese consumers.
Our ward began collecting styrofoam and plastic packagings for recycling in April, making me feel less guilty buying those heavily packaged shrimps these days.
