Gift-giving To Ourselves (2007-07-18)
Takashimaya (
) Department Store sent me a catalogue of
Ochugen gifts
specifically for self-use purpose, which means these
special merchandises are meant for the buyers only and will not be
gift-wrapped or sent to a secondary address. I browsed through
the catalogue and the olive oil in it is selling at a good price so KL
went to Takashimaya and got two packs. I'm glad we don't have any Japanese people that we're obligated to
send gifts to in this Mid-year gift-giving period, but I wouldn't mind
getting Ochugen gifts for ourselves if the price is right.
