Patissieria Cakes (2008-10-15)

Can any cakaholics resist the grand display of rows upon rows of beautifully and delicately decorated cakes in the chilled case in Patissieria?  I think there are over one hundred different kinds in there, all of which are extra stock of the ones displayed under the counter.  They are also the creations of eleven of Japan's finest pastry chefs (each chef contributes ten types of cakes) put under one roof, so shoppers don't have to travel to different cake shops to get them.  KL has bought cakes from them a couple of times and he thinks their cakes are not just pretty but tasty too.

The cakes are about 5 bucks a piece, not excessively expensive compared to some other cake shops around them whose cakes can go as high as 8-10 dollars each.  There're also a few counter seats near the register for instant gratification of cake craving.
