Ho Chi Minh To Hong Kong (2010-01-04)
Nov 27, Back to Hong Kong.
Thank goodness there's no problem getting the flight out of Ho Chi
Minh. A little pleasant surprise was finding Prima Taste in the
airport! We hadn't had a decent chicken meal the whole time
in Nha Trang, plus we love Chicken Rice, so we went right into the
restaurant.
The Hainanese Chicken Rice was very tender, smooth and full of
flavor; great eats!
When we checked into our hotel in Hong Kong, it was almost 6:30pm
which meant KL had to miss an important rehearsal event at 7pm. I
guess he could still have made that if he
hurried but he also needed to buy a blazer to wear the following
day!
Not wasting a minute, we left the room and rushed to nearby Harbour
City, the largest mall in Hong Kong. KL got his blazer and a
shirt from Brooks Brothers there and when we finished at 9pm, my
stomach was growling.
