The Luxe Manor (2011-04-27)

These are words I would describe our hotel, The Luxe Manor: boutique, whimsical, funky, colorful, and unusual.  You get the picture?

As far as location is concerned, it does take an 8-minute walk (we timed ourselves) to the MTR station.  But it is also smack dab in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui's prime eating and shopping area.  There is a congee restaurant, a noodle shop and a seafood restaurant within a few steps from the hotel.  Two dim sum restaurants are located on the same street as Luxe Manor.  There are tons more eateries, clothing stores and all kinds of shops around the hotel and they open late.

A few shops down from the hotel is Wellcome supermarket, five minutes away is another bigger supermarket ParknShop. Great for me to stock up our suitcases!

The staff at Luxe Manor was courteous and eager to help.  We received super attentive service from them a couple of times.

If Kowloon Hotel and Hyatt are both booked out like they did this trip, there's a high chance we might return to Luxe Manor.
