Chinese Restaurant (2004-10-15)
We seldom eat in Chinese restaurants when we eat out because Chinese food here doesn't taste like the one we know and love in Sydney and Hong Kong. But last week we decided to give Chinese food another try in a fairly well-known restaurant. All the staff and chefs are Chinese from China so may be the food there could be authentic.
The restaurant has a strange name-- Red Tiger Dumpling Room. We ordered rice served in clay pot, prawn and chives dumplings and fried chicken in spicy sauce. The food was surprisingly good and I'm sure we will go back many more times in the future.
