Apple Mac Mini (2005-08-09)
I'd really like to get one, but do I need it?
Should I spend that much money on something I already have two at home?
What if the price drops soon after I bought one?
What if there's a better model out right after I got mine?
More importantly, DO I NEED IT?
Those were the questions that played in KL's mind constantly since
Apple's Mac mini came on the market in January. He asked me what
he should do. Me?
What do I know about computers? When I told him to buy it, he
recited all those questions to me; and when I told him fine, don't buy
it, he got kinda restless and couldn't keep thinking about the Mac Mini
and all the while researching about the product on the internet.
KL shilly-shallied for seven months and on the day he went to the
store for the umpteenth time to check out the Mac, he called and asked
me yet again what he should do. I couldn't take it any longer, so
I ORDERED him to bring one home because I want to rest in peace.
So now KL owns three computers. I'm glad the Mac mini only
measures 6.5 inches by 6.5 inches because it gets kinda crowded to have
all these computers, monitors and whatnots on our little dining table,
especially during meal time.
